This Google Doc's is a new way of doing things - but I could totally relate to receiving 6 emails and being confused about 1 document (from the YouTube video).
I had completed the Innovation Reports training on line and compiled a spreadsheet comparing 6 different branches on self-ckout. I added that spreadsheet and found it quite easy to retrieve. Adding emails to share with others would have been an easier way to show this document vs. an attachment on an email. Definitely faster.
This tool could be valuable when multiple librarians or users want to show a document and get opinions on it before publishing or widely circulating an item.
